Twitter for iPad

Today we are bringing Tweets to a device that really lets content shine — the iPad.

Ein veritabler Herausforderer für die bislang beste Twitter Implementierung auf dem iPad: Twitterriffic. Erinnert mich irgendwie an japanische All-Inclusive Autos und italienische Sportwagen. Highlights des von Loren Brichter orchestrierten Twitter Clients:

• Panes — Eine Art Zoom in einen Tweet bzw. dessen Inhalte, wie Videos, Photos, Websites oder weitere Tweets
• Media — Inline Videodarstellung, die auch in den Full-Screen Modus umgeschaltet werden kann
• Gestures — Gestensteuerung für Details über den Autoren eines Tweets oder weitere Interaktionen mit dem Tweet sowie Sichtbarmachung von Replies und Konversationen

Twitter Client in Mac OS X Terminal installieren

Yes, I know you’re asking why would I want to do that, install a command line Twitter client on your Mac when there are so many cool and useful apps with great interfaces? The geek in me would say “because you can.”
